We do not sell your information. We share it only with the suppliers we need to run the restaurant safely:
- one.com — our email and SMTP provider (sending booking confirmations and replying to enquiries).
- Hostinger — our website host (where this site and the bookings database run).
- HMRC and our accountants — if required by law.
- Law enforcement and regulators — only where the law requires us to.
All our suppliers are bound by written agreements that require them to protect your information and use it only for the services we have asked them to provide.
6. Where your information is stored
Our website hosting and email are provided by suppliers based in the European Union and the United Kingdom. If any transfer outside the UK becomes necessary (for example, when a supplier provides support from another country), we rely on the safeguards permitted by UK GDPR, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
7. How we protect your information
We take security seriously. Among other things:
- The whole site is served over HTTPS with HSTS.
- Form submissions are protected by anti-CSRF tokens and rate limiting.
- Access to the bookings database is password-protected and only granted to people who need it.
- We do not store payment card details on this site; if a deposit is needed for a large booking we will arrange it separately.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you (right of access).
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong (rectification).
- Ask us to delete your information where we no longer need it (erasure).
