This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on this site, and how you can change your choice at any time. It complements our privacy notice.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves to your device when you visit. Cookies do useful things like remember that you have agreed to a banner, keep you logged into the admin area, or stop a form being submitted by a bot. Some cookies are essential for the site to work; others are not. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we must ask for your permission before using any non-essential cookie.

We do not use:
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any other analytics product.
- Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel or any other ad-tracking product.
- Third-party advertising cookies.
- Cross-site fingerprinting or behavioural profiling.
Third-party services we load
A small number of resources on this site are served by other companies. They do not set tracking cookies for us, but they do see your IP address in the request:
- Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.com,fonts.gstatic.com) — delivers the typeface used on the site. - Tailwind CDN (
cdn.tailwindcss.com) — styling framework.

Manage your choice
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the button below. You can also clear the bc_cookie_consent cookie from your browser settings to be asked again.
Browser-level controls
You can also block cookies altogether or delete the ones already on your device through your browser settings. Note that if you block all cookies, some parts of this site (for example, the booking and contact forms) may not work, because we use a strictly necessary session cookie to protect them.
